Because your privacy is important to us.
Printronics Solutions is a Karachi-based printer sales, purchase, repair and maintenance company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the service work we carry out for customers.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, service selection and message you provide. When you book a repair we also record the machine's make, model and serial number, the reported fault, the work carried out and the parts used. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address only.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and you should never send card numbers, CNIC scans or passwords to us by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, arrange collection or delivery, and keep you updated while your machine is with us. We use service records to honour warranties, to see a machine's repair history when it comes back, and to keep our own accounts. We use newsletter addresses only to send the updates you asked for.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Data left on your machine
Printers and multifunction devices can hold stored documents, scan histories, address books and network credentials on internal storage. Where a repair requires us to access or replace that storage, we treat anything we encounter as confidential and do not copy it. If you want stored data wiped before the machine leaves your premises, tell us before collection and we will confirm what can be cleared.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with couriers arranging pickup and delivery, with manufacturers or parts suppliers when a warranty claim or part order requires it, and with our hosting and email providers as part of running this site. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Service and warranty records are kept for the length of the warranty plus the period our accounting obligations require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and similar storage needed to serve the pages and remember your preferences. Pages that embed a Google Map load content from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address — that is covered by Google's privacy policy, not ours. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
